Yes- we have had a surprisingly busy start to the year! There have been inquiries and showings for moderately priced homes as well as commercial listings of all types. Our pendings and solds for this time of year are on the upswing as well. Please let me know if I can assist with any other answers on the West Yellowstone area. ... more

Long term rental options are limited at this time. The West Yellowstone Chamber of Commerce publishes a contact list for several of the area apartment housing. You can contact the Chamber at 406-646-7701. If you have employment I would also suggest you talk to your employer regarding any employee housing or their suggestions for other options. Currently I do not know of any rental homes/apartments that are still available for rent. Later in the summer and into fall there maybe more options for home/apartment rentals.

If you would like to look at your options for purchasing a home, townhouse or condo please contact me. It would be my pleasure to assist you in finding a home ideally suited for your needs.

The Town of West Yellowstone has homes for sale and for rent. The school system offers music, drama, art, and sports- as would be expected. The difference with a small school is if you want to be on the team or in the band or play, you can! Additionally, West Yellowstone school boasts one of the only school sponsored cross-country ski teams in Montana. There are world class groomed ski trails at the edge of town available to anyone (and used for training by the US and National Guard Nordic ski teams!) The Town also sponsors a model Summer Recreation program for younger children with introduction to T-Ball and Soccer, field trips to Yellowstone, arts and crafts, and more. Then there is Yellowstone Park in your backyard with an amazing variety of adventures to share with friends and family all year around- flyfishing, hiking, and geyser-gazing to snowmobiling, sledding and skiing. West Yellowstone is a small and friendly Town located at the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park only 90 miles from Bozeman, Montana and Montana State University to the north and 110 miles from Idaho Falls, Idaho. For more information on the West Yellowstone area and its real estate market, contact Montana Territorial Land Co. for a free community profile and real estate guide.
