Hi Jody!

There are lots of houses in Middlebourne and in Tyler County available. The school system here is excellent also. I relocated here and live in Sistersville, and absolutely love it here!

Please email me at: ov4rent@gmail.com your contact information and exactly what you are looking for I would be happy to point you in the right direction. When I receive your email I will provide you with my contact information and we could talk on the phone to go over everything in more detail.

I know many people in the Tyler and Wetzel County area that are selling and renting. I also can give you the names of a few great realtors that I enjoy working with.

I can absolutely assist you in finding what you are looking for. I look forward to talking with you.

Talk to you soon,
Genine

Hi Wva362000,

Trulia does not accept FSBO listings from sellers at this time, however if you are working with a flat fee or full service agent, he or she can submit your listing to us via the link below.

Hi Jon,

It's possible for an issue to have been resolved but not yet displaying on our site. This happens because our overnight data cycle currently updates the listings. I would encourage you to read the ticket resolution, and to wait a day to see if the resolution is reflected on the site. If your issue still isn't resolved you can re-open the ticket.

Regards,

Hi Robert,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question. Do you want to show the term Real Estate Specialists in the name field where your own name is currently displayed? If so, you can easily edit that name field within your account. Just access the link below and find the name field in the Personal Information section. Make your update and save your changes when you are done.

If you don't want to edit the name field but instead want to display Real Estate Specialists under the status field where your account currently shows you to be an agent, I'm afraid that isn't possible. The selections you may make to that field are pre-defined and we would have to change those selections for all accounts. If that's is what you're looking to do, please let me know however so I can share that request with our team for the future.

Thank you,

I agree that you should probably buy instead of rent, however ,,,,if I were you , I would look into the Fairmont, WV area instead of Morgantown. The real estate market in Morgantown is RIDICULUOS right now, and has been for several years because of the high turnover associated with the university and young professionals moving in and out of the area so frequently. You will be in shock at the prices you will pay for VERY LITTLE land and/or square footage in you house. Fairmont is much more reasonable. ... more

Hi Mark,

Trulia does not include rental listings within our search results at this time. You may want to check out the Craigslist in your area for rental postings.

Hi Gordon,

I'm not sure if you're referring to Trulia but if so please note that we do not offer a search for one or two story homes at this time. That information is extremely hard for us to gather but I'll still be sure to alert our team about your request.

Happy Holidays!

Hi Sara,

Trulia does not list rental properties - only residential homes for sale. Most Realtors who have responded to similar questions recommend looking at Craigslist and rent.com.
