Your question is one that will be difficult to answer without seeing the unit. The pricing will vary upon the condition and how well the unit can be put together before selling.

As I mentioned in your other question we have sold a few units in the Eagle Ridge, we are stagers and we currently mange a unit in the complex for an out of the country landlord.

I think for rental purposes the price will be around 2300/month.
If you are looking to sell the price will be under 300,000 unless all the bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated and are very high end. I don't do any Comperative Market Analysis without seeing a home before hand so the price i usually give is accurate for the unit itself.

Currently there are 11 units for sale in the complex and 3 are under attorney review (that means that they accepted an offer). That number is very reasonable for that complex. Prices of the units for sale vary from 240,000-379,000. There are two units for rent priced at 2900 and 3000. They are both 3 bedrooms and 2.1 baths. Those prices sound a little high to me.

Our team would love to be considered for the job of your listing agents for sale, rent or both. As you know you can put the house for sale and for rent at the same time and see if you get a buyer or a tenanant. (no extra charge.....)

Thanks for your response Patrick. Actually one of the things i found out from the site is that my assesment value has not changed.. its still the saem since 2000 (thats as far i as i could find out). Looks like the tax rate has increased each time causing my taxed to shoot up.

But i guess the only thing i can challenge is the assesment value at this point.

While researching i came upon another site "" . Has any one heard of this or used this before? are they reliable / good? They charge $50 for their service.

A few years ago, it was dicoverd that there was a problem with the stucco (EFIS) on these particular units, and they had to be completely re-done.
