Susan Breault answered:
Hi Judy,

The unit you are interested in, is not for sale. However, unit 214 a one bedroom is for sale. The asking price is $85,000. The monthly condo fee is $336.00. The fee covers common area maintenance, snow removal, lawn, water and sewer and hot water, plus security.
The unit was completely rehabbed this year.
Shoot me a e mail with any questions and if you want to see photos of the unit. I hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,

Sue Breault

The long and short answer is it depends I know you want a number but it depends on many things. Just think if I ask you how much a new car cost with insurance. Do you think you can tell me. Every house and every Buyer has a differnt closing cost You need to talk with an Agent that you're going to work with. And by the way are you the Buyer or Seller because the closing cost are NOT the same Please call me at 215-725-5700 X49 for the details.Just remember the more information you give a REALTOR the better the answer. Facts and information = CORRECT Answer

Joel Harnick answered:
You are probably better off renting in Montgomery County, rather than Philadelphia, because the car insurance is much more reasonable and the Philadelphia City Wage Tax is reduced for non-residents working in the city, but living outside of the city. Also, the schools, arguably, are better inasmuch as the number of students in the classroom size typically are fewer leading to more interaction between teacher and student.

I happen to have a two bedroom apartment in Elkins Park, reasonably priced and well located.

What is your current rent? What is the mortgage going to be for the house? Example if your current rent is $200 per month and you want to go up to $350 per month on the first of each month pay your rent and open a seperate savings account and deposit the $150 into the account. After a few months you will know if you can afford it and you will have savings. Good Luck ... more

Hi KH. I am from Richmond originally. The best way to get an exact number would be to look at a listing you like and get numbers from that.

You can expect in W MT Airy, depending on purchase Price the following:

2% transfer tax
1 Year of Homeowners Insurance
1 Year Real Estate taxes
Title Insurance

If you would like a scenario run, please contact me.

Hi, Charles & Ife.

My advice would be to sit down and speak with a few licensed agents face-to-face to get all of your questions answered. You may find out that the option you39;re inquiring about might not be the best possible option for your situation.

If you'd ever like to fire some questions at me, please let me know by visiting my website. All of my contact information is there.

Lots of luck.

Hi, Philly,

The McCallum building is a condo building, however, sometimes, people rent out condos and that is why they are listed as rental apartments. You can purchase one if you like. If you are serious, please contact me and I will get you the information of what pets are allowed, etc.

I look forward to hearing from you,
