Nickileos,

Did you find what you were looking for? When you say Denver Metro area, Highlands is a nice choice as wel as Park Hill and Stapleton. Along with Craigslist, you might also want to consider Rent.com and DenverRentals.com to help you with your search. At some point you might also want to consider a purchase. I can help you with that and get you to a good lender for a free consultation. In most cases it is far better to purchase than to rent as seen in this post - http://j.mp/RWrZi3 - Anyway, best of sucess with your search.

Hi Laura -- it depends. If you recently experienced a bankruptcy, short sale or foreclosure, each answer is different. The other option is to find an "owner carry" property, which means the seller carries the note until your credit is good enough to refinance. These properties can be hard to find, but they are out there.
