I am a lifelong West Harrison resident and very familiar with Park Lanr Reserve. I actually built a home on Avert Court.. It's a beautiful community, Purchase School which is a cobble stone elementary school where all the teachers know your children's names, quiet, residential neighborhood with young families living there. Park Lane is located in the Town of Harrison which benefits the buyer with a very low tax base due to the major corporation in Purchase ,which pick up a big part of the tax base for Harrison residents.

The village of West Harrison is quaint and lovely. Outstanding restaurants, Silver Lake Park, free concerts in the summer, car shows on Friday night, places for coffee, wine, pizza, newspapes (who ever reads one these days?) and a gorgeous $5,000,000 pool facility just a stones throw away which is free for all Harrison residents to use. Conveniently located to White Plains, Greenwich, Rye, train 35 minutes to Grand Central. Harrison train station will issue residents a parking permit.
