When you speak of the 'original sale price' in your question, do you mean the price of a prior sale or did you mean to say the original list price?
If the former, please note that sales transaction data comes to us via that which is made publicly available by the county assessor's office. I would thus recommend that you contact the assessor's office to ensure that they have the appropriate information on file for the property in question. Once they update their records, our display should update automatically thereafter with the new information.
If however our price history module is missing the original list price, we may or may not be able to add that information to our display depending on original price that was submitted to us for the listing in question. In this case I encourage you to access the link below to contact our Customer Service team with a link to the listing, or the complete property address and price, so they can investigate further.
