As an agent holding a Brokers open I always greet each agent who comes through by name if possible. If I remember seeing a closed sale or new listing of theirs I will always congratulate them. I do try to engage in some small way with each person who comes through--and on their way will ask them if they have any feedback for the Seller on the property/price. ... more

HI Frank, if the townhome is in the same condtion then the decline should be about 5% down. If theres been improvements such as new carpet and appl. or updated cac/heat etc. then we9;d list it at what it sold for in 2009. In this market you never know. we had one that sold in 2008 yet in 2010 we actually sold it for 10% higher. In 2009 we sold a home that sold for the highest price in the town go figure.
