Hello Ms. White

Yes, many of my clients have purchased homes using various GA Dream and other Down Payment Assistance Programs. The bar is rather high, however, with GA Dream and other options are available to you in Ware County.

One of the more attractive programs in my humble opinion is the USDA Rural Development Loan. Why? It offers 100% financing to credit and income eligible first time buyers without all of the paperwork, extra underwriting and other inconveniences associated with GA Dream.

I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you about it and get you in touch with a Georgia based lender who will walk you through the process. When time permits, please call to discuss.

I checked on our local MLS and I did not show it had been listed with a local realtor. It may be listed elsewhere. If there is a sign in the yard, I would advise calling the agent to see. If you would like to view the property and it IS listed, then I can show it to you. If it is not listed, you can call or go by the clerk of court office at the court house to see if they have listed a recent sale. It is in the court house off Albany avenue. Call me if I can be of further assistance. Thank you. George F ... more

Carol Road seems to be an established neighborhood with homes that folks keep up. The lots are larger since they are in the county . Carol road I believe is a dead end street so it will not have a lot of through traffic on it. Sounds like a good area to check out. George ... more
