Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hi Ryan! Carol at Trulia here. Listings that show Unknown are listings that have not been updated. If listings are manually submitted to Trulia and not updated from your My Listings page every 30 days, they will show Unknown. While they appear in your Unknown folder, you cannot resubmit a new listing for them.

You can log into your Trulia account and reactivate the listing by going to the Unknown folder and clicking on the red link, Delete listing. Once you have deleted the listing, go to the Removed folder and click on the "Restore' button for each listing that you would like to reactivate. The listing will return to your Active folder and update on Trulia within 24 hours.

If you have additional questions, please contact us at http://www.trulia.com/help/ask/ or call Customer Service at 1-888-466-3501.

Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hi Heather,

Niki from Trulia here. If the listing is status "Unknown" we are no longer receiving a feed for the listing. This property was previously listed for sale on Trulia and the "unknown" listing is showing the previous listing information submitted to our site. The listing may have been withdrawn, or the property may have sold but Trulia has not received a record of the sale and details of the transaction from available public records.

To have an active listing with the status "for sale" on Trulia, please re-submit the listing data. We require updated information at least every 30-60 days to keep the listing data current.

I see that you have been contacted directly by a customer support representative regarding this issue. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us directly at customersupport@trulia.com.

Thank you for using Trulia for all of your real estate needs.

Jenny C answered:
Hi Cindy,

Thank you for using Trulia Voices! If the listings were submitted through another source that syndicated data to our site, you can make the changes at the source and manually make them on our site. To make changes at the listing source, you will have to contact them and update the information or photos on their site in order for them to update the data on our site. Once updated, it will take 24 hours to take effect on our site.

You can now manually edit listing information for all listings that are claimed in your account. To edit your listings please do the following:

1. Sign into your account
2. Go to your My Trulia section and access the My Listings page
3. Click into Edit listing details for the listing you wish to edit
4. Go to the tab you wish to make changes
5. Click Save in each section before you move to the next tab

Changes will reflect on our site within the next 24 hours from the time of update. Please make sure to update it at the source so the information is accurate on both ends.

If you have additional questions, please contact us at http://www.trulia.com/help/ask/.

Cheers,

Jenny of Trulia

Hi Cindy,

Thank you for alerting us about this. I apologize that we didn't answer your question sooner. I'm afraid however that we'll need some additional information in order to do so. If you can provide us with the complete addresses and prices for several of your missing listings, we'll be much better able to investigate the problem. Please access the link below and select the 'Ask a Question' option to send this information directly to our Customer Service Team.

Thank you,

Emily Gibson
