However, the listing has expired and it does not appear that the home was not built - it would be difficult to provide you with average utility cost. Utilities for any property can easily be determined by calling the utility companies. Simply call and ask for the high, low and average for the past 12 months and they are happy to provide that information. With regards to this specific property, it has been removed from the market. This is a new construction property which is under construction so there are no average annual cost yet.
However it should be close to a similar home that is 5 star energy rated on the Kenai Peninsula with access to natural gas.

That property is between Wasilla and Big Lake. It most likely will be a cash only deal if it does come back on the market, perhaps conventional financing depending on condition, the notes says owner needs to be cashed out, so probably wont do owner financing?
