Pets are not allowed. The unit is in a condo building which does allow pets, but the owner of this unit has specified that pets are not allowed. Lease terms are typically for 1 year or more in DC, and in the District, once a lease has expired it automatically renews on a month-to-month basis until a new lease is signed or the tenant moves out.

If you are interested in pet-friendly rentals, let me know and I can help you find a place that meets your parameters.

I'm not sure what your question is, but GWU is most easily accessed via the Orange and Blue Metro lines. It's located between Georgetown and the White House, in one of the pricier parts of the District. At this moment in time, 1-bedroom rentals that are easily walkable from GW range in price from $1900 to $5500 per month, and 1-bedroom condos and co-ops range from $222k (with $707/mo co-op fee) to $1.75 million. Great school in a great location, but not a cheap place to live.

Let me know if you have specific info about the area. For information about the school itself, it's best to go to the source: www.gwu.edu.
