Robin...that's a very specific question for a very specific area. Your best bet is to find a LOCAL agent that specializes in THAT neighborhood and ask them. Ellicott City doesn't have a lot of "spare" acreage, so I'm GUESSING a double lot would be of some value, but a local specialist can likely tell you HOW MUCH that double lot will add to a specific property.
