Check with DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHDC). Possibly the IZ unit program can assist you.

A separately deeded parking space with no resale restrictions can be posted on the MRIS. You can get a limited service agent like Larry Lessin to list it for a small fee. That way, agents will be able to search for it and MRIS listings migrate to Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and many other sites. You can also contact your association to ask them to post on any available physical or electronic bulletin boards. Good luck! ... more

LaVeria,

If it's a Realtor, report this to their broker in charge. If this is a leasing agent, contact their manager asap.

Rentals Gone Wild answered:
Depending on where you look, there are always too good to be true rentals. The best time to search is now or anytime before April. After that, you're in renter season and the rates go up from there.

You're in luck, we're a team of professional apartment locators and you do not have to pay us anything. We also only work with rentals and are experts in this field. Feel free to visit our site and call us when you're ready.

Good luck!
