Have you had a chance to view the residences at the Ritz yet? It's much easier to get some of the questions you are interested in answered when you are actually in the building viewing what is available. There are plenty of amenities that you may view as a benefit to you and your children.

My recommendation would to be to familiarize yourself with these different neighborhoods, and then prioritize your needs for a home. I am fairly certain that you would be able to find a great home in all of these neighborhoods, so it makes life easier when you are comfortable with where you are going to be.

I have included a link to a website that might be helpful. If I can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me.

I hope this information was helpful!

Hi Katwalk23,

if you see a listing contact the brokerage via telephone and look them up. The office must have a physical address and telephone # if things are looking suspicious.

Hello Lisa. I am very sorry to hear that your mother's home is still on the market. I know it must be frustrating. The homes are staying on the market longer longer now. If your realtor is doing everything that they said they were going to do in their listing presentation to help you sell your mother's house and communicating with you at least once a week by giving you a report on the activity that they are getting from your mother's house, then you should have nothing to worry about. If not, then you might have to come up with a different plan. Hope you get your home sold soon. ... more
