Hello E S,

Well anything is possible, you might have a hard time doing this since Penn Quarter (The new Georgetown) has become quite expensive. It would really depend on which neighborhood your home is and if you'd be able to find a young family looking for a slower pace of life, however your best bet is selling the home and buying in your desired area.

Hope this helps

Mark, if you are trying to avoid listing it with an agent, the only other thing you can do is advertise it in local newspapers and magazines. If I have read between the lines correctly, you're offering a short term rental. The reality is, the client you are trying to attract is often not using these sources to find what you are offering. They are using a real estate agent.

If the option to sign standard one year + lease term is available, then your property may be too overpriced for the standard internet sources. Individuals seeking "higher end" accommodations would, usually, have representation of some kind.

Hello Sheldon,

A quick way is to add the new MLS #. If the listing MLS'# did not change you still can do it, or just add it as new listing again. The second option will take more time.

Best of Luck
