I believe that you are asking about the agricultural exemption to reduce your tax burden. You will need to substantiate at least $10,000 per annum in revenues (not income) as a direct result of agriculturally related sales (produced on the property in question).

Please do not assume that there is an automatic agricultural exemption in a district zoned agricultural. Of course, to engage in agricultural activities, you must be in an area designated as being qualified to conduct such business. And, even if it is, it could (and most likely is) still in an area that is also zoned residential.
