If you need to know what additional fees regarding, road/water/sewer, you can ask the listing agent for the data sheet unless they are attached to the listing separately. An icon with a paperclip will gain access to the information if the agent has already provided it. Most condos and homes located along Village Road, Upper Village Road and Shady Lane are billed quarterly for their usage. The SnowCcreek Condos are only charged for water & sewer.
