Hello,

We’re excited you’re using Trulia for your home search process. We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the "Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

If you don't have a fully executed contract yet (signed by both parties), you can certainly withdraw your offer. What does your REALTOR say?? You probably want to notify the seller you're withdrawing your offer asap, in case he signs it, and then you're under contract. ... more

Very much possible. I just had clients who ended up paying less for the mortgage than they payed for the rent! GO see a mortgage representative now. With the mortgage rates going up try doing it asap.

Best of luck,

In my experience Townhomes and Condos because they are part of an association that usually pays for the flood insurance are not as affected by the negative impact of being in a flood zone.

these are usually newer properties that have been built taking into consideration the possibility of a flood.

Most buyer are not concerned about flood for these type of properties like they would for a single family home.

If you would like to receive detailed information about the $1450 apartment, just email or text me your email address and name with subject $1400 and I'll send it on its way to you.

Hi Irena,
I just found your question on Trulia. If you haven't found an agent, I would be happy to help. I lived in Wallington and neighboring East Rutherford for a number of years. Indeed, I now live 10 minutes away in Elmwood Park and do business throughout Bergen County. You can view my credentials on my website: www.BergensBestRealEstate.com. I will give you a call as well.

Best Regards,

Also, the schools are actually really great schools and its a great town to raise a family. Sure, the schools might not be on par with the towns of Northern Bergen County (which are some of the best in the country), where homes go for millions, but they are still good schools and the schools in Wallington are in fact better than surrounding neighborhoods. ... more
