1. Click the "Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

In my experience Townhomes and Condos because they are part of an association that usually pays for the flood insurance are not as affected by the negative impact of being in a flood zone.

these are usually newer properties that have been built taking into consideration the possibility of a flood.

Most buyer are not concerned about flood for these type of properties like they would for a single family home.

Also, the schools are actually really great schools and its a great town to raise a family. Sure, the schools might not be on par with the towns of Northern Bergen County (which are some of the best in the country), where homes go for millions, but they are still good schools and the schools in Wallington are in fact better than surrounding neighborhoods. ... more
