There are a lot of real estate websites that do not have updated listing information. Trulia for instance relies on individual agents to upload and manage listings. They do not have a direct feed from the mls.

To get live up to date property info use a website like ours, Territory, com

Here is everything on the market in Wakefield:
http://www.territory.com/search?search_string=wakefield&min_price=%240&max_price=%240&property_type[]=SF&property_type[]=CC&min_beds=&max_beds=&min_baths=&max_baths=&min_living_area=&max_living_area=&min_year_built=&max_year_built=&min_days_listed=&max_days_listed=

Hope that helps!

WARNING: if you contact the listing agent/agency for a property you should know they are legally obligated to protect the sellers interest not the buyers during the purchase.

Territory.com answered:
Firs you would get pre-approved by a bank to make certain this property is one you can afford and then you simply need to make an offer that includes a price and terms you are comfortable with. If the offer gets accepted, you would conduct your inspection (and any other terms you had in the offer) and move to the purchase and sale contract. Once this is executed you would need to satisfy your mortgage application and commitment (if you are financing) and then close on the home, get your keys and move in,

If you have any more questions about the process feel free to reach out to us at any time: questions@territoryre.com, 617-848-5407 x704

It can be shown anytime: tonight, tomorrow or next week ... Whenever your schedule permits :)
Just so you know there is the following disclosure on the property:
Bank - Owned, inspection for buyer's information only. Property has apparent freeze damage, may need plumbing and heat repair - will not qualify for conventional financing.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you are still interested and we can get you in right away.
