That seems fairly small but it definitely seems like it is growing.

Great place to live.

Hello,

Some home upgrades that are great for resale value include screened in porch, fireplace, granite countertops, custom wood cabinets, extra recessed lights, quality hardwood floors and energy efficiency features.

Adrienne, I want to say yes because if it was built, it would qualify. But let me refer you to a local lender who would be in the know and could best answer you question. Call Chad Earling with Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. at 919-256-3150. Let him know I sent you and he'll take good care of you. ... more

I have to ask, are you sure you are not looking at Traylee in Johnston County? I Googled and found nothing about a Traylee in Franklin County and the only one I know of is in Johnston County as I used to sit on site there when it first opened. I have not heard of a Traylee up in the Wake Forest area. It's not to say thought that it is not there. New sub divisions are being created all the time and if this one is fairly new, may not be publicized yet.

Patrick had a great answer but if you are unfamiliar with Wake Forest, try using the home search tool on my website below. It has a demographic capability to let you look at the school and see homes around it. Now, that being said, in Wake County that doesn't always gaurantee the closest school is the school you are assigned to but then you can take those addresses and place them into the website Patrick provided for you.

Good Luck,

Ernie Behrle answered:
Wake County has some of the best schools in the state and with the price range you are looking at, can pretty much assure you that any assigned school will be among the top of those. As with any school, parental involvement with teachers and administration has a lot to do with the overall quality of the school and living in a area with parents who more than likely have college or advanced degrees usually means that involvement is there.
I have a section in my website listed below that has several links to schools in the area which should help you.

Good Luck,

Ernie

I'm not sure where you are addressing this to state wise and do see you are from Florida. But just in case this was pointed towards here in NC as there is a Tyler Run S/D in Wake Forest, let me answer for you. The Tyler Run here has no HOA so putting up a fence would simply fall within town and county rules which usually means simply obtaining a permit for the fence. If this doesn't help you, just GOOGLE search HOA for what ever neighborhood you have questions about.

Good Luck,
Ernie
