Many of these major online real estate listing companies are not able to offer your the precise and accurate information that comes from having a local Realtor work on your behalf. With that being said, the maintenance fees at the Kahala Beach were increased 15% recently and are now $1,117 per month. The lease rent is currently $2,206 per month until July 2017 when it will be renegotiated for the final 10 years.

Our company has represented over 40 clients who have bought or sold units at the Kahala Beach Apartments and we are one of the most experienced brokerages that deal with this building. We also currently manage over 15 units in this building as well. If you are curious about truly understanding this property, please give me a call at 808-255-2400 or email me at kimo@sandislehawaii.com

Basically, you will be renting this place till 2027. ... more
