Isabel :

I have leaved in Virginia Beach for 30 years, one of the best places for a second home- condo for rental income would be Sandbridge. It is not at the oceanfront it is very secluded and peaceful many families get together for family reunions. I have two condo's at The Sanctuary at False Cape in Sandbridge, VA.
It is like a resort for families and couples right on the beach. I also have a home in the Florida Key's. I am ready to down size and will be putting my condo's up for sale.
A-305, B-213 you can get on website and view. They would come fully furnished.

Msgotoo,

Great question! Student loans can hinder a buying power if they aren't offset by a strong income. There are loan programs, and sometimes even grants to help you achieve home ownership. My suggestion is to complete a no pressure buyer consultation with a Realtor like myself to establish clear expectations. Talking with a local, and reputable loan officer will also help develop a strong understanding of what you are able to accomplish. If there are issues, we can give great counsel to get you to where you need to be to achieve your goals!

Best Wishes,

maabdou2000,

It is common for people over seas to purchase a home. You probably qualify for a mortgage, but we wont know until you have spoken with a qualified loan officer. I would be happy to extend my services to you with a full buyer's consultation, to establish clear expectations if you are still in the market for a home. My information is included in my signature.

Best Wishes,
