Hi,

We display property information on Trulia to provide consumers with transparent real estate information. We receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from your county. Our mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgages. For this reason, we do not remove public record property information from Trulia.

However, the photos and property description have been removed from our display on your behalf.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Hi,

Please note that if your property is inactive on Trulia, we do not have the option to edit the information on our end and photos of the listing. However, we do have the ability to delete the photos and property description from our display. Owners also have the ability to edit their home facts on Trulia which appear in the 'Owner Information' section but the edit home facts feature is currently removed from the property pages while we improve the feature. While we do not have a specific date for when they will be available, I can assure you this is only temporary. We thank you for your patience. Please be assured if you are intending to sell your home, you (or your agent if you choose to use one) will have the ability to create a new listing with new information. The new listing will override the off market property page with the incorrect information.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the erroneous foreclosure status on this property page. I apologize we have false foreclosure information listed on our home details page. This data is provided to us from Zillow foreclosures and we currently do not have the ability to edit or remove the information that they are sending us.

Please be advised that I created a new ticket request to Zillow Consumer Care to remove the Foreclosure status of the property. Once the status is removed from Zillow, it will automatically update to Trulia after 24-48 hours.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Sometimes changes made can take a long time to correct. The Internet is very large, in some cases ancillary sites will have information for years.

Hello,

You would most likely need to refinance the home to "add" your sons name to the mortgage. If you are looking to transfer the mortgage loan to or from your son, that is a bit more complex but could be achieved as well.

If you could reach out to me I would love to help with this.

Very Best,

You can't claim your house on Trulia because only agents may list or edit homes here.
