The best way to find out info on a property, (and to view all available listings) is to contact a local REALTOR who has access to your local multiple listing service. The info here isn't very up to date. You need a Realtor working for you as a Buyer's Agent. He/she can create a customized search for you and send you listings the minute they come on the market. And when you find something, you'll need to get on it quickly. So it's best to be prepared and have 1) financing ready and 2) a Realtor ready to write the offer.

Most short sale sellers understand the benefit of a short sale and do their best to make the transaction as smooth as a short sale transaction can be. ... more
