David,

GreatSchools.org is the leading source of information on school performance. They are so good that we have incorporated their data into our real estate website for home search results, so you can view school information alongside a home you might be interested in buying. If you haven't already found a home in Victoria Park, please feel free to use our robust Property Search feature: http://luxurylivingfortlauderdale.com/homes-for-sale-search/

If you already have a home and are only interested in middle and high school information for the Victoria Park area, here's a direct link to the information on GreatSchools.org:

Victoria Park is a favorite area for your young professionals, gay, traditional couples and familes as well who enjoy the easy access to Las Olas. Victoria Park has its charm that many of the houses are old Florida style single family homes that have been decorated by the owners, yet also has a mix of high end single family homes, townhomes and some condominium complexes for locals. Like one of the other writers indicated Fort Lauderdale has several entertainment destinations, like A1A, both south by Las Olas and up by Oakland Park and Commercial Blvd each having their own community feel and different rstauanters and nightlife. The city continues to grow with The Flagler Street development with loft and office spaces and the main Downtown Development Authority that is redoing Andrews for both the south and North sides of the river bringing more small businesses and the city recovers from the past recession.

I'm happy to share trends in the market and help with any local housing needs.
