What type of home are you looking for? Rentals are available for July move-in but we need to know the size, single family, townhome, or condo, and price range you are seeking to advise you.

You will also need to have a reasonable credit score and usually first month, last month and same amount for Security Deposit to move in. Email for a list of available rentals that fit your criteria.

Now the question becomes...why the bad credit? If there was a hardship (divorce, sickness, ect) that explains why, wouldn't seem to be a problem. However, if it was you just like to spend and not pay, that's a different story. Most owner's will want to see a credit report. There are also many ways to compensate. Best of luck to you. ... more
