I sold last year a saddlebrook condo on Harvey lake. That HOA is very restrictive to rentals, there is a waiting list to rent out condos in there. My owner wanted to rent and HOA said no there is a huge line and the HOA restricts the numbers of non owner occupied units. So verify with HOA that the owner can rent the unit. $2650 sounds really high from a rent price standpoint. You can rent a single family for 2500-3000 in Vernon Hills.

This home is a bank owned REO and owned by household financial. Been on the market 15 days and might have a contract already awaiting finalized signatures of the bank. REO';s way better than short sales! If you have not selected an agent yet, i would be happy to discuss the difference. The last owner paid $246k in 2005. The bathrooms from the previous canceled listing look really nice and updated. Home is a raised ranch and just under 1000 sq ft on upper level, and finished lower level of 1000 sqft, 2BR on each level.

I was the agent on this property and it was not sold as a foreclosure. It was however sold by a relocation company that just wanted to sell it as quickly as possible and didn't care about the price. While I know we could sell it for more if they'd just fix a few things, they dictated the price that they wanted to list it at based on an appraisal they did and were really willing to sell for just about anything in that general range. They were moving an executive at a cost of over 100k so selling a home for 10k-15k less than it was worth really wasn't a big concern. Subdivision name is Bayhill at Gregg's Landing. It's managed by Property Specialists, Inc. (847) 806-6121.
There also is a master association in Greggs Landing (approx. $500 a year master association fee).
