I passed the Washington State Broker Exam a year and a half ago. Just like you, I passed the State portion and failed the National. What I did was, I got online and looked up what sections were part of the National portion of the exam. Then I sat down with my book and studied those sections of the book. I also went back to my online classes and read through and retook the tests for those sections. After failing the national portion a couple times, I changed testing sites. Maybe it would help to have someone go through the questions with you? Another suggestion would be to contact your instructor and ask for help. My own website continues to provide the best and most consistent buyer & seller leads for me. I realize some of them come from both sites but I am finding as time goes on that my best investment is in strong SEO for my site and advertising it in many different places on the internet. Having said that I do continue to buy advertising on both Trulia and Zillow but have started to scale in back this year. ... more
