These sites are a good information source but since the rental market moves so quickly, you need a Realtor that can move fast and give you correct, up to date information.

I am seeing several phantom listings posted. Be careful of people asking for "deposits" up front. It could be a scam. Use a Realtor to help you avoid these people.

430 Red River Trail #B3 is not listed at this time. The description is wrong. It states it is in Uptown Dallas but it is in Valley Ranch in Irving. If you want accurate information, get in touch with a local Realtor that can give you up to date information. The Rental market move fast and a good Realtor will be able to help you.

You can search for townhomes and homes for rent at this link:
http://www.metroplexhomesalesinfo.com/listings/propertytype/RENTAL/maxprice/2000/beds/2/baths/2/areas/23504/

Any more in Valley Ranch it is very tough to find $1200 or less. Sometimes, but not often.
Occasionally I see some in Coppell.

When do you need to move?

Diane Briggs answered:
Yes, this house has the master bedroom on the ground floor, and the other 2 are upstairs.
Also just FYI, if you select a realtor to work with, he/she can send you a whole list of available lease homes that include an entire data report, showing which floor each room is on. The service should also be free for you as well. Trulia's data is limited and often times can even be outdated, which is why agents can most certainly be to your benefit.

Hi Ben:

I would agree with the previous statements.
Since a Realtor has direct access to the Multiple Listing Service and can give you the most up to date information, it may be best to choose a professional and meet with that person.

Pat O'Reilly answered:
This is why you need a local Realtor like myself to help you. There is so much misinformation on the internet and with real estate, you need someone that does this everyday to help sort thru the almost the truth.
The reason there is no address is that it is in Foreclosure Limbo. There is a house on Red River Trail that may be in foreclosure. I say may because the owner may have made a house payment or restructured the loan. The house is not on the market which is why there is no address. Unless it is uninsurable there is no way it will sell for 69564 if the similar homes in the area are selling for $150,000.
There is too much demand in DFW for it to be that low. Demand causes prices to go up. I can help you find a good deal and save you time chasing these almost truths on the internet.

Pat O'Reilly answered:
This makes the Realtors job much harder. This home may be in preforeclosure which means they may be behind in their payments but can always catch up. It is not for sale at the moment. I would stay with Realtor.com or REMAX.com for properties that are really for sale. The great thing about the internet is it has a ton of information, the bad is that some of the information is wrong, misleading.
Believe me, I and every other Realtor on Trulia would love to sell you this house if it were for sale.
