How bad is "bad"?

If you have a score down to a 580, FHA is possible with us. If you have a score down to 500, we also have a program but it does require at least 20%.

Are you pre-approved with a lender? That should be any buyers first step. Next, contact one of the local Realtors below that took the time to answer your question, start a relationship today. Sites like Trulia are not very accurate, many listings show active on here when they are really under contract. A local Realtor can show you what is available based on your search criteria and if there is nothing now, set you up for alerts if any newer builds come onto the market in your price range.

That property is not on the market. It foreclosed in February, but it's foreclosing lender has not offered it for sale yet. Don't let that $80K figure you are seeing fool you - the price will not be anywhere close to $80K when the bank finally gets around to selling it. It will be sold at market value less any repairs it needs - and market value on that home is not $80K. the lowest priced 3 bedroom single family home on the market in Valley Ranch today is priced at $159.9K.
