Unless I'm missing something all I'm seeing is an empty lot with no structure in sight. Are you sure you provided the right link?

There are just some items you need to check out on a mobile home in addition to usual items. How old is the mobile home. There are a only certain lenders who specialize in mobile homes and they will not lend on anything older than 1978. Some put more stringent rules on the age they will lend on . But when the mobile home comes with land for a very low price, you may be able to take the mobile home off and put up either a stick built or modular home and increase the value significantly. ... more

Hi Tom,

It is my listing so I know it very well. Yes, it has a detached 2 car garage. It is still lovingly maintained by the owner who has put numerous upgrades in over the last few years. It is a short sale with a very cooperative, ie eager, lender who wants to get it sold. What other questions can I answer for you? I also live and work in Valley Center just a few minutes from this home. Want to see it in person? ... more

There was a great new short sale of the larger model that came on today plus another bank owned one coming up soon. There's a couple of great buys around town. ... more

Hi Kathy,

I live in Valley Center. This is our only development with sewer. Yes, it is finished and done. The rest of the town is on septic. The mello roos pay for lots of things because this is a nice gated community - roads, schools, park, walking trails, gate, etc. The HOA is doing fine. These are great deals for the square footage and Valley Center is a great town. Check out my virtual tour of VC on my website if you'd like. I'd love to show you around my home town. ... more

Hi Julie,

If you already do not have an agent, the best thing you can do is ask friiends or collegues you trust for a referral.
