The last listing I can find in our MLS (multiple listing service) with this square footage and number of beds and baths on Pebble Beach Dr sold back in 8/2007 for $699,000.

There are hoa requirements every month. It's important to understand that HOAs are essential for common maintenance that would be required for a home of any style/type.

This house went contingent - show (offer accepted but willing to look at back offers) after being on the market only 10 days.

This history shows it sold 7/25/97 for $130,000 than again in 3/2006 for $470,000. Per tax records is shows a transfer of deed in 5/2006 at $515,000.

My understanding is that there are multiple offers on this property.
Real estate is moving very quickly out here; lots of investors who are able to write offers quickly.
If you're interested in doing that, be sure you have your finance plans in place so that you can write on the one you want.

This home just went into contract (today 3/19 @ 3 pm). It started at $199,900 back in August and had a number of price reductions along the way. It had been in contract previously from Feb 26 to Mar 14, so when it came back on the market, as you can see, it only lasted a few days before they got another offer. At that price, it more than likely attracted multiple offers.

I agree, you need to contact a lender to figure out what your payments would be. There are several scenarios that will determine your monthly payment. I work with a few good lenders as well as have an in house lender that would be able to assist you.

Yes, the HOA's for this property is $280.00 per month which most likely covers water, garbage, exterior maintenance my also include insurance, community has a pool as well.

Interesting to see a bank-owned property advertised that low. I haven't seen one listed in Solano County at that level.

There are two ways you can locate this property:
1. Find a Realtor who will do the footwork for you. (There are those agents who enjoy the research aspect, as well as helping provide the services which are part of the process.)

2. Drive to the street (check Trulia's map), get the street address, then go to the County website, determine if you must pay for all the information required. If payment is required, you can get documentation from the county directly.

Keep in mind that a bank-owned property is trapped in a quagmire of red tape and paper. Not for the faint of heart.

Some times it can take a month or two before it hits the market, even after the bank get it from the foreclosure sale. This listing has been canceled, and withdrawn from the market, on 11/16/2008. So it appears that it is no longer available.
