Hi Ben,
The road itself has been owned by the church since April of 1986. All of those lots to the east were split up in a pretty crazy way. They were owned by the Peay family. Feel free to contact me if you need more info on them, that is where I would go to get more information. 801-520-660 brandon@brandonashby.com ... more

It depends on your address. if you are living anywhere near Stubbs Avenue and north of 900 south on the west side of Provo, you are probably in a multi-family housing zone. "Single housing" would most likely be a restriction placed on a specific housing complex such as a student apartment building.

However, if you were to say "single family housing" that would apply to most areas of the city both east and west. Most of the neighborhoods around B.Y.U. are 'single family homes" with the exceptions of the student housing projects that may or may not be "married" or "single". Kathy:

The Spanish Fork area is absolutely beautiful. It is a bit more rural which is why a lot of people love it. In terms of employment if you can't find exactly what you need in Spanish Fork a commute (aprx 9miles North) to the Provo or Salt Lake City area (56.7 miles) might provide additional opportunities based on size. In regards to the view if you are able to provide an address to the lot you are considering I would be willing to check on the details surrounding the lot for you to see what the possibilities on someone building in your view might be.

Sincerely,

Adam Harward

It depends on what type of office space you are looking for and in what area. I have been seeing anywhere between $8-$15 sq ft
