I was born in 1969 in OGDEN, UT. and have always considered Weber County to be a Tourist "HOT SPOT".
I truly miss all the old stores that used to be along Washington Blvd. and surrounding areas.
The Cross Western store, Ogden City Mall, Sambo's Family Restaurant, Buster Brown Shoes, Orpheum Theater, Egyptian Theater, North Star Drive In Movies, Rainbow Gardens, Lorin Far Park, The old underground tunnels beneath the Egyptian Theater, See's Candies, Ana's Diner, Bamboo Noodle Parlor, Uncle Leo's, China Nite, Rax Roast Beef, Evan's Market (on 27th and Grant Avenue), Ogden Skill Center North, Kar Kwik ( on 26th and Monroe Blvd. - No longer there, but a Spanish Market now),Snow Basin, Park City, and all the other sites that there are to see there.
The one thing up in Huntsville that should be or already is a Tourist Hot Spot is the new Hotel there that was built before I left home back in the early era of the 2000's. Great Fishing locations as well.
Pine View Dam, Willard Bay, Bear Lake, Strawberry Reservoir, and so many other great places to see and to visit in the Downtown Historical Ogden, Utah / Weber County, and surrounding areas.
