Are you asking about Clearfield UT? If so some areas are great...some a little seedy. Just like anywhere else:) I love in a nice quiet neighborhood backed up to a park, it's great.

Hi Ben,
The road itself has been owned by the church since April of 1986. All of those lots to the east were split up in a pretty crazy way. They were owned by the Peay family. Feel free to contact me if you need more info on them, that is where I would go to get more information. 801-520-660 ... more

I was born in 1969 in OGDEN, UT. and have always considered Weber County to be a Tourist "HOT SPOT".

I truly miss all the old stores that used to be along Washington Blvd. and surrounding areas.

The Cross Western store, Ogden City Mall, Sambo's Family Restaurant, Buster Brown Shoes, Orpheum Theater, Egyptian Theater, North Star Drive In Movies, Rainbow Gardens, Lorin Far Park, The old underground tunnels beneath the Egyptian Theater, See's Candies, Ana's Diner, Bamboo Noodle Parlor, Uncle Leo's, China Nite, Rax Roast Beef, Evan's Market (on 27th and Grant Avenue), Ogden Skill Center North, Kar Kwik ( on 26th and Monroe Blvd. - No longer there, but a Spanish Market now),Snow Basin, Park City, and all the other sites that there are to see there.

The one thing up in Huntsville that should be or already is a Tourist Hot Spot is the new Hotel there that was built before I left home back in the early era of the 2000's. Great Fishing locations as well.
Pine View Dam, Willard Bay, Bear Lake, Strawberry Reservoir, and so many other great places to see and to visit in the Downtown Historical Ogden, Utah / Weber County, and surrounding areas.

My husband builds in Entrada. I know that he has some investors that are looking to build a few homes in Park City. I could ask them. Is there anything specific that you are wanting to trade?
One of the investors has a home for sale in The Cliffs of Snow Canyon. Listed at $1.8M.

It depends on your address. if you are living anywhere near Stubbs Avenue and north of 900 south on the west side of Provo, you are probably in a multi-family housing zone. "Single housing" would most likely be a restriction placed on a specific housing complex such as a student apartment building.

However, if you were to say "single family housing" that would apply to most areas of the city both east and west. Most of the neighborhoods around B.Y.U. are 'single family homes" with the exceptions of the student housing projects that may or may not be "married" or "single". For more information email me:

Adam Harward answered:

The Spanish Fork area is absolutely beautiful. It is a bit more rural which is why a lot of people love it. In terms of employment if you can't find exactly what you need in Spanish Fork a commute (aprx 9miles North) to the Provo or Salt Lake City area (56.7 miles) might provide additional opportunities based on size. In regards to the view if you are able to provide an address to the lot you are considering I would be willing to check on the details surrounding the lot for you to see what the possibilities on someone building in your view might be.

Your welcome! I did check and the links are under 'About the Area' on the left. Click on 'Utah City Websites' to get the different city websites in Davis & Salt Lake Counties, soon to add Utah County. These will help you to get info. about trash, water & sewer service as well. Let me know if there is anything else that I can do to help make your move here a smooth and enjoyable experience. I hope that you love Utah as much as I do!
