No, they can't. But you can hire a REALTOR as your Buyer's Agent. He/she will be able to give you access to the local MLS which likely has the ability to make notes, save properties as "favorites", etc.

Keep in mind that Trulia isn't a real estate company. It's just a marketing site that has outdated listings an inaccurate info, and limited search functionality. You really need to be working with a Realtor. Good luck!
