Hi Tj,

I'm not certain what you mean by the 'second page of your listings'. If you continue to experience problems viewing listing information on our site, please provide us with an example so we can investigate the issue. You can post that information here, click the 'Report error' link on the right side of any listing page, or you can send an email to our Customer Service team via the link below.

Thank you,

There are multiple fomats for listing reports available in our local MLS and if you are working with an agent, he/she can have the extended format reports initially emailed to you, and then as new listings hit the market, on an automated basis, so that you are the first to know of new listings meeting the criteria you establish. Consumer sites like Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow and others choose to display only the info and pictures they want you to see, so you don't get all the info. They are not totally reliable sources of current info; they may have outdated listings and lack the most current listings, since their updating of listings does not run parallel with our local MLS and there may be a time lag. Trulia and Zillow are not official sites of the National Association of Realtors. I suggest you have a good buyer's agent to help you; I rebate 25% of my broker's commission to my buyer clients and I suggest you seek an experienced agent who does likewise.
