Sometimes this happens and you have to track down the listing. Sometime you have to put it in by hand. Same with Zillow. I think since it is Nation wide there are millions of listings and some may get lost in shuffle.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for your question. You can provide us with the address and/or MLS # so we can look into the matter. Generally, you can check with your brokerage or listing source provider to confirm that listing information for this listing is being provided to our site via a XML data feed.

However, if this listing was once live on our site for sale, and no longer appears, it may be inactive. This may occur when the listing remains unchanged for an extended period of time. In order to bring the listing back to "for sale" status, you can update the listing information within the feed that is submitted to Trulia. You can update the data by changing the price, deleting a word or space within the description or update the photos to activate the listing. Once updated, please allow 24-48 hours for the listing to appear on our site.

If you have additional questions, please contact customerservice@trulia.com.

Once you or your administrator puts the listing into the MLS system it should appear in the MLS by address and MLS # shortly thereafter. If not, I am sure you know to call the MLS and find out if there is some technical difficulty or was not entered correctly in the MLS system.
