Why is my husband not able to post his listing on Trulia. He entered information yesterday, yet it still says it's not listed here.

Asked by David Archibald, Carefree, AZ Sat Mar 16, 2013

It is saying that it is waiting for the agent's permission or confirmation that it is his listing. Where is it he is supposed to go to confirm that he is the agent for this property?

Hi Mr. and Mrs. Archibald,

Niki from Trulia here. Per our terms and conditions for listing, if you are a real estate professional, you agree that you will not claim or submit listings that do not belong to you. When a listing is sent in to us there is a "listing agent email" field in the data. We match the email address in the data to the email in an agents profile. When you "claim" a listing our system automatically sends an email to the address in the listing data for permission. This maybe an issue if the listing was syndicated to Trulia through a third party that uses a "lead router" email address for the listing. We would be happy to help you claim your listing, please call our customer support team at 1-888-466-3501.

Thank you for using Trulia for all of your real estate needs!

Listings are not instantly live, there is a hold period. I find typically 24-48 hours.
