This house was sold on 6/11/2013, was just wondering why it isn't listed as sold then?

Just one of over 100 reasons to work with a Realtor: we provide real-time information. A website cannot provide all the info you need to know whether buying or selling a home, anymore than diagnosing or treating a physical problem.
We are trained, licensed, abide by a Code of Ethics, get regular training/updates on changes in Florida State statutes whereby our attorneys make appropriate changes in contracts that we use for buyers and sellers. Since we are licensed, we carry a heavy responsibility for our actions including all the documents, disclosures, decisions, and discussions, for starters. This and other platforms are not tied to MLS access like Realtor sites. They pull from different sources and thus have a lot of outdated info. If you want to be "dialed in" then work with a Realtor for info. You can pull this up at

Realtors advertise on Trulia homes for sale, but do not always update their advertisements. The MLS system, and their respective boards require them to update their listings on th e MLS typically within 24 hours. Whereas there is not a time restriction for updating advertisments. They should update them quickly, but sometimes they do not, depending on many factors like how busy they are at that time, etc...

It is listed as Sold in MLS. That is all that matters from a Marketing standpoint. However Collier County recording takes 8 weeks are longer to appear in public record. I can not speak about other web sites as most or not well maintained or updated.
