My live listing that I am paying for doesn't display the photos and the copy that I want.

Hi Karla,

As a Trulia Pro subscriber, you can choose which set of listing information we display and also which website home-buyers are directed to for additional property details and photos. To change your current selection, access and click on the '[change]' link under the listing photo. You'll then be able to select the listing information that you've provided to us manually.

Carin and Randy, the issue you're dealing with is a separate one. As I've explained in another thread, if you can send your listing photos to our Customer Service Team, they'll be happy to add these photos to your listings. Randy, I see that you've already sent these photos to us, but Carin, I don't see that you have at this point. The sooner you can send these photos to us, the sooner our team can add them to your listings.

I'm in the same boat as you and Carin. I submitted all of my photos to Trulia yesterday, but haven't seen or heard anything further. Still waiting, and trying to be patient.

Besides that, it's the first Monday after some great holidays. I think I'm a bit bummed already, and this pic thing has just added to my gloominess. LOL

Hi Karla.

I have been having trouble with this and I'm not even a paying member. The Trulia help told me yesterday to send my pics to them and they would upload them. I haven't seen uploads yet. I am hoping this will happen soon!
