Leads lost when I log in to retrieve them. Where do they go???

I clicked a new lead, entered password etc and lead disappeared. It is not entered in my list either. This happens continually. What is going on here

Hi Lea,

Are you on Trulia, in the My Leads section of your account when your leads are disappearing, or are you using your personal email program? If the former, we should be able to help, but we'll need more information.
