D. M., Home Buyer in Memphis, TN

I signed up to get daily email alerts of new listings. But I'm not getting them.

Asked by D. M., Memphis, TN Fri May 8, 2009

Is there a malfunction somewhere with the website?. Are the emails supposed to be delivered to my personal email that I signed up with or my trulia "account" section "alerts"? Of course they are not in my messages under "alerts" either. I've been signed up for a little over a week and see new listings every day, but no email.

Hi D.M.

You don't need to have hotmail or outlook express to receive email alerts from Trulia - and those alerts should be delivered to you. The updates you see on the Trulia homepage are specific to the regions in which you search but may not be as specific as some of the home searches you've performed on our site.

I've confirmed that you are signed up to receive email alerts so if you still aren't receiving them, please contact our Customer Service Team so they can investigate further. Just access the link below and select the 'Ask a Question' option.

Thanks for your patience, and please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Best Wishes,

Okay, never mind. I see the new listings on my trulia home page. Didn't know that is where they were. I've never scrolled down before!! I've always just immediately started "search".

Why would I need hotmail or outlook express? Is it because you think the mail is landing in my spam folder? I check there too. My nothing in my spam folder either.
