MLS data and information from your Realtor for a property should be corrected and changed wherever you have the house listed. The most important place to have the home listed is on the MLS to be in front of Realtors working in your area. You can use our website http://www.agent4naples.com to see if your home is coming up on the MLS and how buyers would see your advertising.

Hi Patricia,

I'm very sorry that you're experiencing this problem and that you're unhappy with our service. If you can let us know which listing is incorrect and the price it should display, we can investigate the issue and help you correct the problem.

You can post a link to the listing, or the complete property address and price here, or you can send this information to our Customer Service Team. You can reach Customer Service via the link below. Just select the 'Ask a Question' option to send them an email directly.

We look forward to hearing from you and helping you with this.

Best Wishes,

Hi Patricia - I had the same issue once. I deleted the listing and added it new. That worked. I also called customer service, but that didn't help.... Good luck. Let's talk at the meeting tomorrow!

Hi Patricia, what is the link to the property you have uploaded? You need to change it at the source of the information, for example, if it pulls the information off your website, or your companies website, you need to make sure the price is changed there first. You'll get use to the system, it is a wonderful way to get buyers questions answered and your properties displayed. Hang in there.
