Contact you agent or the listing agent...however, it will remain a comp in MLS.... Contact Trulia as many times these search engines are not up to date. Kathy BC 800-448-3411 ext 601. (8/23)

The MLS report shows that your property closed as you reported. This is a Trulia problem. Here is a link to their customer service. This will send them an email and you can request that your property be removed. They send me plenty of emails.

Good news: It's not listed for sale
Bad news: Contact Trulia

Trulia uses every bit of information it can to help consumers find, compare, and research homes. If your concern is about privacy you'll also need to contact the other big name "real estate syndication sites". You can also request that Google, Yahoo, Bing and the other big search engines delete your name, your address and your phone number from their public directories. If your home shows up on Trulia it probably shows up on at least 23 other real estate websites.

The root of the problem will still be in the public records including tax records. Removal from public records will prove more difficult unless you're a first responder including Police, Firefighter, EMT, or some .gov employment that would allow the exclusion.

If the concern is privacy you should look into buying your next home with a Land Trust or Trust.
Remember, this is not meant as legal advice only your lawyer or legal professional can properly advise you in these matters.

The listing agent needs to remove it since Trulia listings statuses need to be changed manually after they are imported from MLS.
So contact your agent to make the phone call.

Contact the real estate agent that sold it to you and they will take it off of MLS and take it off of Trulia for you.
That should work.
