Hi Leonard,

I'm sorry it's taken me a while to post an answer. Debbie is correct that Trulia doesn't accept FSBO submissions at this time. If however you are working with either a full-service or flat-fee agent or broker, he/she can submit your listing to us via the link below.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Best Wishes,

Emily

Leonard - rather than become confused by differing opinions, please email your question to Emily, a trulia moderator at:

Emily@Trulia.com

Unless there have been recent changes I am not aware of...she will verify what I said.

Good luck!!

I may be wrong, but I setup an account as a For Sale By Owner, to gauge the difference between FSBO and the marketing of an agent. It seems that as long as you have an account you can sell your home.

Leonard, unfortunately, you can't post your home on trulia as a "for sale y owner".

Only agents can post listings.
If you don't want to list your home with a traditional broker, you can find a "flat fee" broker who will then place it on the MLS (for a set fee) in your area....it will then be fed to Trulia.

Best wishes........
