Hi Pat,

If you want to locate this information on Trulia, you can search for the property by it's full address. You can also perform a search in the city and state or zip code in which it's located and once those results display select 'Recently sold homes' under the Listing Type filter. If the information for the home has been made publicly available by the county assessor's office, Trulia should display it.

Pat,

You can go to the counties board of tax accessors office in which the home is located. You give them the address of the home. They should be able to give you a print out of the property card. Normally the property card will give you the previous sales.

Pat....

The easiest way is to have a local Realtor pull it for you as they have access to the history. Give one a call in your area.
