Hi Kieran:

This is a gorgeous house, top of the line craftsmanship and materials and in such a great neighborhood with gorgeous view! Best lot in the small development too!

Trulia gets listings from various feeds, and unless the source sends updated information, Trulia has no way to know to remove the listing. I will send the listing to Emily so she can remove this for you.

Just wondering - how does it cause you problems? Trulia probably should know that also. Hopefully this does not cause people to call and/or knock on the door and disturb owners.

Please let me know if I can help you in checking into anything else.

35 Baywood Terrace was withdrawn from the Marin MLS 08/07/2008, asking price was $1,569,000. Understand that many postings on Trulia are of properties NOT for sale.

To view all current listings on BAREIS(Bay Area Real Estate Informations System) use the trailing link.

Hi Kieran,

As Tristan noted in his answer below, not all properties that appear on Trulia are for sale. This is the case with this property. It is not included within our for sale search results and only shows information that is public record.

If you believe that any of the information we show for this property is incorrect, please contact your local county assessor's office to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information on file for your home. Once they make any necessary updates to their data, the information shown on our site should update automatically thereafter.

Best Wishes,

Kieran, three possible solutions:

1) Some of the Listings found on Trulia are pulled from the private Assoc. of Realtor's MLS systems, others are self-managed by individual agents. This sounds like the latter. Contact the listing agent and make the request.

2) Contact Trulia Customer Support with the reference link and make the request.

3) Contact your Buyer's agent and make the request that he/she make contact with the Listing agent to correct the issue.

Best, -Steve
