HI Greg:

If you are talking about changing price on your listing on Trulia - if your listing was fed through syndication, the price should be changed via the same service, but it might take a bit longer, depending on how frequently the chagnes are fed into Trulia.

If not and that you submitted the listing yourself, you might want to email customer service and see if they can help you change the price.

I would think this would be a question better suited for your broker.
Laws are different state to state.

Not sure about your state but in Texas we ha\/e an amendment to the listing agreement that you ha\/e the seller sign and then update it in the MLS and on any ads you may ha\/e.
